I’ve been going to this dentist office for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Their receptionist, Jenna, is honestly the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. She constantly talks over you, doesn’t listen, and is argumentative instead of helpful. I had a dental appointment on June 30th after they told me my insurance would kick in on July 1st. They still let me come in without properly checking my insurance beforehand. Now they’re trying to bill me for the full amount and refuse to reach any compromise, largely because Jenna makes it impossible to have a reasonable conversation. It’s really unfortunate to see such poor customer service after years of being a loyal patient. I would not recommend this office until they learn how to treat patients with respect and do

The dentist and her associates are fantastic. They were all kind, gentle and caring. Though I had a hard time at first, after Dr. Bunkers office reached out, I now have a beautiful, well fitting and pain free set of lower dentures. Best dentist I've seen in my 53 years! Dr. Bunker is gentle and so sweet. The office is very clean, never have issues scheduling. She gives you options and does try to "sell" you on things not needed or say it needs done now. If I moved out of the area I'd still come back to see her.

I've been going to Dr Bunker for 3 or 4 years now and she is so kind and gentle. I had a molar that had been worked on by 2 previous dentists. I had a root canal and then a crown by the first dentist. I was still having pain so I had to have another root canal through the crown! I continued to have pain for 2 decades. Finally, X-rays revealed that I had a small piece of the dental file lodged in the socket. I was told that I needed to have the tooth extracted. I was devastated! That's when I went to Dr Bunker for the first time. She spent so much time explaining the procedure and had so much empathy, because I was terrified to have the tooth extracted.
