Do not go see him. He is an older doctor and really rude. He doesn't even greet you or say hi back. We completely wasted our time. My husband never got any better. The doctor did absolutely nothing to help with my husband's enlarged prostate, and my husband is still in pain. The doctor just pretended everything was normal, even though the problem was never solved. All the labs may have looked fine, but my husband is still suffering.Don’t be misled by how crowded his office is. Many of the patients seem to be elderly and may not have access to better healthcare or support. Just because it’s busy doesn’t mean the care is good. he is horrible old rude guy not honest about his job.

1 hour and a half of 15-20 minutes holds, just for the calls to continue being hung up on without any acknowledgement, where's the urgency for patients?

I'm extremely concerned about the lack of concern to protect the elderly here at this clinical office. At first when the Covid-19 was in full swing, they were somewhat adhering to guidelines and placing chairs in the hallway. Today when I took my 85 year old patient (as her caretaker) to this clinic, their office was packed of patients and others waiting in the hall standing. No guidelines as to what to do or expect, no chairs outside the clinic and no adherence to social distancing.... and the majority of patients are elderly with underlying medical issues. This is absolutely unacceptable and irresponsible. For a health professional to not adhere to guidelines set by our health professionals is unbelievable. I will be notifying the city of Lakewood and the CDC. for a full investiga

I was referred to Dr Perley by my family practice doctor, due to a prostate issue that arose for me. Dr Perley is an exceptional physician, whom I would recommend to anyone. Not only is he a knowledgeable professional, he gets to know and understand his patients. He is thorough in determining what your issue is, and knows exactly what is needed to treat it. He explains everything in laymen's terms, and makes sure his patients understand and are comfortable through the entire process His entire staff is excellent as well. The dr is always late. If you have a appointment expect to wait atleast 1 hour past before you even get a room. Then he comes in and out. You wait hours for 45 seconds of his time. Leaving before you can ask questions. If you miss a appointment without rescheduling he charges you and refuses to see you until its paid. Talk about a double standard.
