Dr Juan Carlos Rozzo, is a world class MD, who is willing to spend the time, listen and understand his patient. As a person he has the empathy, patience and manners that eminent physicians like him seem to forget or lose on their way. I am in my 8th decade of life and I found it easy to talk with him about my needs, wishes and hopes regarding my quality of life. did not finish signing hippa paperwork before getting there was a little suprised that new up to date facility that offered more health benifits turn out to be more screen time for us and less face time with an affable person, our CMT Nancey seemed to be even more disgruntled than I was, sharp unfriendly tone and insulting to each my husband and I in turn her remark to me after being unhappy with sign in was, no one esle had problems with it ,except our 80 and 90 year old seniors! so she was in tone and projecting that I was functioning less than those more aged ahead of me, she did not smile or offer zilch. i did state I should have finished sign iin at home. Before she left I asked where I could put my things still standing and she just said there where i was standing. really no room fo
