i had an emergency and my daughter cut her finger and i couldnt bandage it but they turned me away because they were closed it was like 6pm ... so i just figured it out on my own cuz i cant afford an urgent care. the whole experience really turned me off this particular clinic. i just go to the one in las milpas now

I see lot of low ratings, but my experience was good; I only waited about 10 minutes before getting seen. @memerios1020

waiting time is crazy, over 2 hours just to get a 5 min consultation!

I took my daughter to go get her physical and the nurse that was taking care of us was high. She was under the influence and my daughter didn’t get to do her physical bc apparently she couldn’t see the letters for the eye check?!! This nurse also kept off checking my daughters wight and hight again and again. What is wrong with this place?!!! And the waiting time is way too long. I was the first one there and it had just opened and I check in for my daughter and I saw the doctor 5 nurses Inter the office and yet I waited 2 hrs just for a physical and there was only 3 people there and I was the first one?!!!!

Worst office experience, wife needs documents for absence due to illness, the manager refuses to take her calls, no help from these people in any form or fashion. There are plenty of doctors in Pharr, Tx. Avoid at all costs, I can verify the accuracy of my statement.
