I had a very disappointing experience at this place and would not recommend it. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable. The therapist, Jenny, insisted that I pay upfront before receiving the service, explaining that because I was a new client, she “didn’t know me.” While I understand business policies, the way it was handled felt unprofessional and made me uneasy as a client. I paid $85 for a deep tissue massage, but the service did not meet that standard at all. The environment was not relaxing, and during the massage, she continuously tried to talk and share personal stories. For me, a massage is meant to be a time to relax and disconnect, not to have conversations. I had a bad neck pain for months and my reg massage lady was busy. So I came into J&S the shop is vey clean and Jen is very polite. And they follow all the state guidelines so there is no funny business. After one hour my neck pain is gone its is amazing how she was able to work it out of my neck. I could literally feel her push it right out of my shoulder. Jen is a miracle worker!!!! Thank you so much!!!! You are truly a blessing…

Just had an amazing massage by Jen. Came in with several pain points and she was able to work them all out. After she released the knots, she came back in with a relaxing hot stone massage. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Jenny is amazing. She’s super kind, she knows what she’s doing! You would never know this paradise existed in such a place. I recommend asking about the hand massage machine, it’s truly mouth watering. Clean place, smells good, super quiet and tranquil. I already can’t wait to go back.
