Worst CVS pharmacy experience I’ve had. I called earlier in the morning to confirm that all of my prescriptions — including my sertraline — were ready. I was told everything was filled and ready for pickup. When I arrived later in the afternoon, I waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to be told that one of my prescriptions wasn’t actually ready and that I would need to come back in 15 minutes. After already waiting that long, being told to leave and return was extremely frustrating — especially since I had been assured hours earlier that everything was completed. A1 is ruing customer service. When going to get my prescription filled I have to register with a computer screen that everyone else has touch. The person in front of me was coughing, and then wiped his nose with his hand. There was nothing available for me to sanitize my hands after using the screen. Totally disgusting.

My spouse and I recently visited the CVS in Hudson, Florida, for our flu vaccines, and the experience was seamless and pleasant. I scheduled appointments for both of us in advance, which made the process incredibly smooth. Upon arrival, the vaccines were ready, and we were seen immediately—no waiting around, which we greatly appreciated. The technician who administered our vaccines, Zachiria (sic), was fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and made us feel at ease throughout the process. Her approachable demeanor and clear expertise added a layer of comfort to what can sometimes feel like a routine chore. Got through the long line quickly. Didn't use the drive thru because I wanted to shop Christmas items. Went in September for my second shingles vaccine and flu shot. Like that you can schedule on line. And they gave coupon.

The cashier handled the front of the store (cashiering, assisting Self-checkout, photo kiosk, etc.) like a professional should have. She did her job well. Also, she fulfilled my request in exchanging currency to fit into a card. Thank you.
