JR Dental Office

I called the Hialeah location on 9/9/2025 at exactly 9:00 am. Female answered did not speak English. I asked to be transferred to someone that’s speak English and she hung on. I called back and she refused to answer. Business that has employees that do not speak other languages DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS. Also that can pay for interpreting services to assist. This female that answered is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I’ve been to this office a couple times. Both being seen by dentist Miguel Camino. He was professional and had great bed side manners, taken the time to throughly explain all the procedures and prognosis, according to the X-rays and his expertise. After no so good experiences at other dentist offices I was happily surprised by his kind and professional approach. Also, depending on your needs they try to work with your Insurance so as to maximize the benefits. I highly recommend this dentist office and their staff.

Everyone is so warm and friendly. They take away dentist anxiety. Dr. Hanna is my dentist and she not only puts me at ease, but looks out for me. She never suggests anything she wouldn’t do for herself. Best dentist office ever!

The practice is clear, organized; the staff, and personnel are professional, courteous, and informative. My quarterly appointments have been timely, and the hygienist listens to my requests, and takes the appropriate actions. OUTSTANDING.
