JPS West Arlington Clinic

We have been using this clinic for our family for many years. Staff is always professional, friendly and approachable. They have a good selection of doctors at this location, including pediatricians and specialists. The only patient portal is great, easy to use and communicate. They also have imaging, x-ray and lab facilities at this location. The clinic is very clean and well maintained. Two improvements will make this JPS clinics one of the best would be: 1- Convenience to make appointments, every time we call the wait time is extremely long. And some of the doctors are over booked for months. 2- More professional and respectful staff in the lab. Not but some of the ladies in the lab are unprofessional and unfriendly. Nurse practitioner Adeline Abam is the worst and the poorest quality and less knowledgeable physician in this clinic. She is not doctor and doesn’t care about her patients. She doesn’t care about her responsibility and doesn’t pay attention to her patients. She is not absolutely qualified to see the patients and shouldn’t be allowed to practice for the patients especially with the acute situation patients. I beg you to disqualify her from the practicing. A Very very horrible and awful and unprofessional and low care person. I asked the manager to change her as my husband physician. This place is terrible the appointment making processes so difficult it's not like anywhere even if you are sick they will not see you on the same day you have to wait 4 months in months I don't recommend anyone to come to this place unless you have no other choice if you have other insurance don't even bother coming to this place because you will regret it
