Dr. Wei was very thorough! Friendly office. No complaints. I have many issues, Thyroid being one of them and Dr Wei is as quick to recommend a referral to a specialist to handle my issues. She listened and didn’t rush me.

My experience with Joyce was horrible. She likes to play doctor.I had a thyroidectomy. Instead of referring me to a thyroid doctor. Nurse Wei decided to handle it herself. She gave me 2 different strengths. Messed me up. I'm not sleeping at all. If I could I would give her a minus 0. To add insult to injury she send certified letters saying she wasn't going to see me anymore. I would like to see her license revoked.

Dr Joyce Wei is an amazing person and Doctor. she makes all her people feel wonderful.

I had an upper respiratory problem and was able to get an appointment to see Joyce. Nicki came in took my vitals, listened to my concerns and was friendly and welcoming. Then Joyce came in, listened to my questions, answered my concerns and took her time with me. She always makes me feel seen, never rushes me and truly listens. Joyce is a wonderful FNP and would recommend her to my family and friends.
