Joy Dental Associates

I thought I already left a review for Joy Dental while looking up the website but apparently didn't and absolutely have to. Dr. Joy, and literally every single other staff member is nothing less than phenomenal. Her and her staff saved me from some less than pleasant dental work with a clear treatment plan, gentle guidance and fixed everything up quickly and perfectly. This office is now my primary dental provider and I refuse to go anywhere else. Even for one specific surgery Dr. Joy felt I could get the best care for one specific operation with a different provider and chose to refer me over instead of just doing what would be acceptable. That isn't to say their team isn't the absolute pinnacle of excellent care however, I will never go to a different office so long as I have teeth. Take

Dr. Joy and the staff are always wonderful—kind, professional, and attentive. However, my experience with the hygienist today, Ilona, was quite disappointing. The cleaning was unusually rough and uncomfortable, and her demeanor felt cold and rushed. It was a stark contrast to the otherwise excellent care I’ve received at this office. I hope future visits can reflect the level of kindness and professionalism I’ve come to appreciate from the rest of the team.

Dr. Joy is an excellent dentist and so is her staff. She makes recommendations on what needs to be done and offers options. I have had good results with her care. Additionally Meka, the front desk manager, is amazing. She is smart, proactive and follows up. She checks your insurance to make sure you have the appropriate coverage prior to your work being done. She exercises patient-care with a smile.

Dr Joy is excellent dentist. She is happy kind & gentle.

I have become a new patient recently at Joy Dental to have several work done and from my first visit they made me feel very comfortable. The staff is attentive and friendly. I plan to continue my dental improvement journey with Joy Dental. Thank you team! I highly recommend this practice.
