Jovive Urgent Care

I visited this urgent care with strep throat and was in significant pain, to the point that it was hard to keep my eyes open. Unfortunately, the interaction with the doctor was extremely rude; she seemed inconvenienced that I was there. At one point, she complained about having to disinfect the room after my visit, which was surprising given that infection control is a routine part of urgent care. When I was already feeling unwell and vulnerable, that kind of tone and lack of compassion stood out. I’ve been treated with far more professionalism and compassion at other urgent care facilities. Based on this experience, I have not returned to this location and will not be returning in the future.

My wife took me to Jovie. I was feeling terrible. We had excellent service. Joe was kind, Dr Rose was thorough and quick, Jackie was at the front desk and made sure our RX went to the right pharmacy. We scheduled on line, and were outta there in good time. Felt better by the end of the day. Thanks Jovie!!

I had such a good experience at Jovie recently. We were seen quickly, the provider was thorough, the staff kind and understanding. The front desk was detailed, and I even met the manager who was super helpful with a question. Medication was sent right away to my pharmacy and we were so satisfied. Recommend 10/10

i will never recommend this urgent care facility or its doctors. i believe it to be a dangerous and negligent operation based on my own experiences listed below. i brought my partner here with a terrible headache. not only were they unable to treat him, refused to give him any medication to ease his pain, but the doctor charged us $200 just to refer us to the ER. in his reason for referral he kept saying my partner could have a “possible brain aneurism” - he said this multiple times. i will admit that i pushed for more than just a referral elsewhere, like even a modicum of care at this facility, perhaps motrin to ease his pain, but no. the doctor kept repeating the world “brain aneurism” while my partner was in tears from the pain and now fear. in my opinion, he seemed more concerned abo

I just went to this urgent care for my daughter. The wait time was ridiculously long. There were only two other pts waiting and it still took us an hour and a half to get in. Dr Rose was very rude and made inappropriate comments to my daughter while she tried to explain her injury. He was rough while assessing her injury. After getting an X-ray. We asked for an excuse for her job and school. He rolled his eyes and acted like we were a problem and stated she could go to school that day. She actually went to school and made it halfway through her day of classes and couldn't make it through the rest of the day. Because she couldn't walk. I work in healthcare and wound NEVEt be so disrespectful to my patients. Dr Rose you need to retire or maybe be more respectful to your patient
