I knew Andrew prior to my injury and as soon as I injured my back, playing soccer I knew I needed help. I text Andrew who got me in right away. My scans showed a bulging disk in my lower back. Andrew immediately came up with an exercise plan for me and walked me through each of the exercises. I stuck with the exercise plan and continued to see Andrew every couple of weeks. He was spot on. The exercises helped relieve the pain in my back while also increasing my core and internal canister strength. Andrew knew exactly what I needed and put a care plan in place to get me back on the soccer field within 6 weeks of starting treatment. What chiropractor tells you to do homework so you don’t have to see them anymore? The kind that wants you to get better, stronger, and feel better! Dr. A has taken the time to teach me how to do the techniques, understand why I’m doing them, and experience the feeling of positive change from doing them! Miraculously, Andrew recovered my back. I had a severe low back pain for 4 weeks taking hydrocodone and muscle relievers 6 times a day. The only tolerable position was sitting. Two weeks of physical therapy had no effect at all. Andrew have shown me different exercises and treated with his electric apparatus (I guess TENS). And in a week I clearly felt healing started. After 2 weeks of exercises and TENS I walked straight. In 3 weeks I forgot my back pain. My only take on this - miracle.
