Journeys is an exceptional fitness and wellness center that deserves the highest praise. My husband and I working out with Kevin for the last 2years. He is so accommodating for the workouts and he personalized the exercises based on our need. I saw huge progress on how I feel or look with these workouts. Can’t recommend him enough. The place is clean and organized. They all are knowledgeable and passionate to create personalized programs based on your needs. The focus on overall well-being, with additional wellness services, sets them apart. Highly recommended!

I’ve been seeing Deb for years. She is the only one who has not only given a quality massage, but helped me through marathon training and post babies. She is the best! Staff is always friendly and facilities are clean. I won’t see anyone else.
