Journey To Wellness

Went today for a massage from Katie Wagoner. It was amazing. I felt like I had lost weight, but it was my stress that was gone and it gave me so much relief. I will be going back soon .

I never considered myself to be a candidate for massage but I've heard so many wonderful things about JTW, I have to admit I was curious. I reviewed some of the benefits of massage on google and was impressed. I think I always knew that this was a way to relieve stress and relax muscles and encourages relaxation, what I didn't know is that it reduces blood pressure, improves circulation and posture and reduces headaches (that's what caught my attention). I gave it a try and wow is all I can say. I really made a fantastic choice by choosing Journey to Wellness. My massage included a detox and deep tissue massage and included tips on using essential oils to reduce headaches and even a toothache. I couldn't be more pleased, I have already scheduled my next appointment.

Katie Wagoner ( massage therapist ) is Absolutely amazing! You won’t go wrong going to see her !
