Carolina QuickCare - Elkin Urgent Care

They are always as quick as they can be and the providers are absolutely amazing! Dawn, Heather, and Jessica are always so patient with my toddlers, not to mention kind and understanding that sometimes, they are just off the walls as many toddlers are. They always make my son feel seen and ask him questions before they ask me, which I love because it’s his body we’re talking about after all. I am so happy to have an option close to home for those days when their pediatrician just can’t get them in. I will come back a thousand times over!

My son had a really bad stye, but we weren’t sure what it was. The clinic was open later than any other on Boxing Day, so we could be seen. Although we are from out of the country, the receptionist was helpful to get us set up. Medical staff were very friendly and caring which put my son at ease. We were given a prescription which they made sure could be filled that night at CVS that was also open late. In under an hour from the time we were seen, we had our prescription in hand. We have been applying it as instructed and his eye is almost completely better now. Thank you very much for your great service and professional expertise.

Best Urgent care I have ever been to! Very personable, polite and helpful. Very knowledgeable and confident in their diagnosis process- explains treatment options very well. If I have to have urgent care again- I will definitely come back here.

I had a great experience at Carolina QuickCare today. The check-in process was incredibly easy and efficient. I loved being able to start at the kiosk and finish everything right on my phone. The wait time was surprisingly short, and I was called back much faster than expected. Once I was in the exam room, Karen Parsons, NP, provided excellent care. She was thorough, communicative, and made sure I understood every step of the exam and diagnosis. My results were ready quickly, and the entire visit felt smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m very impressed with the efficiency and kindness of the staff. Highly recommend Carolina QuickCare!

Firstly the doctors have been great and we use to prefer this urgent care over others. However! They have terrible billing practices. They give you zero warning, no dollar amount, no anything and will just charge you hundreds of dollars whenever they feel like it. They will just charge your card randomly for any amount under $250. People cannot plan correctly or budget their bills correctly when they just pull funds whenever they feel like it. For that we will never come back here. I tried called the billing office to get this handled on a schedule, of course it is automated. I asked for a representative and the automation hung the phone up. Once I called back it instantly hangs up and tells me to visit the website. Very unfortunate as the doctors and staff seem great. Policies are terri
