Dr. Keisha Bates at Journey Family Chiropractic changed my life. Four months ago, I had a severe pinched nerve in my neck that was completely debilitating. After trying multiple medications from my doctor with no real results, it was Dr. Bates and her team who got me back on my feet. She’s not one of those chiropractors chasing injury claims or mainly working with lawyers (even though she can ). She genuinely cares about people and has built her practice around serving local families. She’s extremely knowledgeable, with strong but gentle hands, and a real gift for healing. I’m incredibly thankful I found her.

I was woefully late for my appointment due to unforseen circumstances. Dr. Bates was so sweet and understanding, she was able to still fit me in and ....Imani is 100% magic!!! I did not even know how tight I was until she started working on me...I broke my ankle in September and after her massage I swear I have regained more mobility and it didn't swell today because of her talent. The office is beautiful, Dr. Bates has these amazing photographs in the rooms that are just so eye catching by a local photographer, the office is so thoughtfully laid out, a trunk to put your personal items in so you can be present while being massaged. Dr. Keisha is an excellent chiropractor and an even better person. She and her staff are nothing but professional and friendly. I have been struggling with back pain issues for years after 22 years of military service. Dr. Keisha has been very patient with me and provided me so much relief. I am so appreciative. Not to mention Schwanda is the best message therapist I’ve ever had. She is very attentive to my problems and she has the knowledge and skill to help me.
