Josey Lane Dentistry

I’ve been with Josey Ln Dentistry for the past year, and they are truly awesome. Their staff is always courteous, warm, and welcoming. I actually enjoy going in for my biannual dental visits! I love my dentist, dental assistant, and the entire team. I feel completely comfortable when I’m there. Everyone is so friendly, and they really make you feel like a priority. The moment you walk in, they stop what they’re doing to greet you. Not only do they provide excellent care, but they also take the time to explain every step of the process in detail and answer all of your questions. Highly recommend!

I've been going here for many years. The dentists are great as well as the staff. Everyone is friendly, they listen to you, they explain things and are very accommodating. They try to keep things as painless as possible because I believe they really care about their patients.

If I could give 10+ stars I would. My former dentist retired and I really hesitated to come here at first. All of the team, Dr. Scaggs, Dr. Penchan, Nicole and staff are extremely professional and friendly. Nicole is the hygentist and thoroughly explained what I needed to address on my cleanings. I definitely recommend this practice because Dr. Scaggs and team really show a genuine concern on taking care of you.

Very thorough. My wife has been coming regularly for years. And while I do not get regular dental care, their attention was outstanding. Dr Scaggs saw me today because Dr Penchan was not able to make it in for the weather. I'm not happy with what they found, but I'm glad they found it.

Today I had a standard cleaning. I had previously been going to a dentist in Plano. That practice had been sold and had become a typical badly run and solely for-profit enterprise. I had seen multiple dentists there in the last couple of years and multiple “hygienists” (I use quotation marks because I’m not sure they were all properly trained). My last visit with them had been in March and I knew I wasn’t going back. I’m glad I tried this practice today. Conveniently located 5 minutes from my house, the service I received today was far superior to any cleaning I had had recently. The office is clean and comfortable. The hygienist listened to my concerns and educated me as the cleaning went on. All in, the X-rays, exam, and cleaning took about 1.5 hours, which I kind of expected since my la
