Joseph Vitiello, MD – Maimonides Medical Center

Have appointment for Thursday 430 only off day of week, I get a call Wednesday morning saying that time isn’t available but I can do early in the morning where I have another appointment ,,, then they proceed to tell me he won’t be available for two weeks if not that time ,,, I don’t understand how something so important as checking your heart can be so unorganized like it’s nothing. I wouldn’t trust these people with your health smh

I love going to Dr Vitiello’s office he’s great and so is his staff. Always makes me feel special

Dr. Vitiello was recommended to me by a friend of the family. I doubt I will change my primary care physician again after visiting Dr. Vitiello... He's super personable, very caring and the best Doctor experience I've had to date. I'm 50 yrs old

The Dr himself is good, he makes you feel like he cares. But the office is run terrible and the staff is mostly nasty women who act like patients are a bother. I would not recommend this place at all unless you enjoy being ignored.

Awesome Dr but staff is horrendous. Not worth the aggravation in dealing with thier attitudes. If ur dealing with heart or high blood pressure why would u want to get upset with unprofessional and incompetent individuals? He deserves better staff .
