Joseph McNeill Bumgarner, MD, FACC, FHRS

I wonderful doctor! Very skilled at what he does (he specializes in electrophysiology, primarily cardiac ablation). I have great confidence in his decisions and in his abilities as a cardiologist. He has a great bedside manner and takes the time to fully explain what you have and how he will treat it. Another aspect of Dr. Bumgarner is that he is always cheerful and positive which makes you feel better just by him walking in the room. He is highly recommended.

Dr Bumgarner is a kind, caring doctor who paid attention to all my questions and concerns.He spends a lot of time answering all questions and does not rush out of the room as most doctors do. I was unable to have my first visit in person due to the covid pandemic. I’m very happy with the results of my procedure at UNC Rex Hospital with Dr. Joseph McNeill Bumgarter.He is a credit to Dr Mohit Pasi and I’m happy he was recommended by him to me.

He did job well, but filling out paper to return to work is another story. Sent papers in they lost and gave them more 2 weeks later still nothing yet . No clue what the hold up is
