Got my medicine changed and then found out never got the prescription sent in to the pharmacy. I tried calling twice then got a call back two days later. The lady that called back said she didn’t have anything in the computer about it but was going to talk to the doctor and find out what was going on. That was 6 days ago!!! So I tried calling three- four times since then and STILL have not heard back from them!! FYI I have no thyroid so I need my medicine.

Dr. Mathews staff is wonderful to work with. Received a call back from the office after hours. It was a complete surprise to get a response in a timely manner. Dee was wonderful in helping to resolve an issue with my husband’s medication. She can through when the pharmacy and insurance company couldn’t. Her professionalism and caring were greatly appreciated. Dr Mathews and his staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Glad my husband is a patient of this practice.

Dr. Matthews is an outstanding doctor and knows his stuff. Great personality and bedside manner on every visit I've had. On a scale of 1 to 10 he is a 15! I also appreciate a doctor and staff that will laugh with you. I had a biopsy done today. The lab tech (can't remember her name) came in and talked with me while I was waiting on the doctor. Dee was excellent at explaining the procedure and being by my side during the painless procedure. Oh yeah, Dr Matthews did good too!

I am a thyroid cancer survivor (2009) and have been a patient of Dr. Mathews since 2014. Dr. Mathews has truly been a life saver for me. In my opinion, he is the best endocrinologist I have ever had, and I highly recommend him. I drive two hours, one way, to see him in Summerville, and the care, experience, attention and energy he offers patients is well worth the drive. If you are looking for the best in health in an endocrinologist, I recommend Dr. Mathews.

Dr. Matthews really cares ❤ Can't say Thank you enough to him and his staff for the excellent work they have done. If you are dealing with something that other doctors have not been able to figure out than you are now on the right road to getting healthy.
