BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE....The office staff are rude and talk down to you. I was made to pre-pay for my procedure and when the EOB came, I had overpaid by close to $300.00. I have called up to this point at least 7 times and spoke to Tanyelle and been told they did not have the payment, the Billing manager was not there and they did not get any payment for the procedure so I would not get my money back. An EOB has how much out of pocket a patient pays, it does not matter if the insurance company pays the doctor or not. I have filed grievances with my insurance company. I saw in my bank account that they posted a pending refund but then the next the bank said they withdrew the money. It is scary to me that they still have my credit card information on file. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE

BEWARE! Had a horrible experience 7 yrs ago with this doctor AND his staff. BILLING STAFF ARE AWFUL! And the doc... He is so rude and his staff are too. Medically I won't discuss what went on but let's just say he didn't do what he was supposed to and then never even followed up on my condition. BEWARE THIS OFFICE!!

I was very pleased with my first visit! I had no problems or felt uncomfortable for the duration of my visit. Staff was very polite,nice not to mention very thorough about any questions ! Dr. Burnett was great also with both the exam and straight forward! Thank you,Chasity and Dr Burnett. See you again on the next visit!

I was referred by my gastronolist. Horrible, horrible experience. He changed from the office appt to the day of surgery, we believe because racial bias. He didn't speak as I entered the operating room & only did when I made a point of forcing him to. All staff saw this. After surgery, he spoke to my husband, who is African American, in a very cold manner stating he removed 4 out of 5 polyps, and couldn't remove the 5th one, because he didn't have a big enough tool. He never came to speak with me at all. Three wks passed & I never heard from him even thou I made calls & he informed his staff he would call me. My doctor even spoke with him. Still no contact, EVER. I live in Florida & have since seen an expert gastronolist who just this week has told me the polyp is the largest he's eve

Definitely would give him a ZERO ‼️ He saw me in the hospital and he was very rude and seemed like he didn’t care .
