I had the greatest experience at this practice. The wait time was minimum and the staff were super friendly, ensuring I had all information needed about my insurance. Dr. Bousaba was thorough with my care. I felt comfortable asking all my questions as he was so patient with me!

I chipped my front tooth on Friday and totally freaked out! I called Dr. B’s office and they were awesome — got me in first thing Monday. I was super nervous, even though I’ve worked as a dental assistant for years. Funny enough, I actually started my DA career at this same office back when Dr. Davey Crockett owned it, so I knew I could trust Dr. B since my old boss did too! It was my first time seeing Dr. B, and everyone there made me feel so comfortable. My filling looks amazing — you’d never know I chipped my tooth! I’m so happy with how it turned out. Huge thank you to Dr. B and the whole team for taking such great care of me! 💕

Yesterday was my first visit at Joseph Bousaba Dentistry. The staff was great! From the front desk, to the nurses, the cute dog in the front and even the doctor! The young lady at the front desk was kind, patient and helped me get an appointment the same week I called. When I arrived, the wait wasn't long at all. The nurses made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The doctor understood my concerns and saw to help me right away. I usually am nervous about going to the dentist, with Dr. Joseph Bousaba, I felt safe and secure that he would help me and I wouldn't be in pain. I'm a periodontist who has partnered with no less than 60 general dentists in the past 14 years of private practice and Dr. Bousaba is in the top tier of all dentist I've worked with. His knowledge of how comprehensive care shapes long-term results in addition to how customer services can be incorporated into a team environment sets the bar for excellence.
