Good doctor. Been to other piodatrists for ankle instability issue. Jose Loor was helpful. One thing, about here you have to look out for $50 charge for no show or late cancelation which less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Also. I was asked to pay this $50 fee prior to my first time seeing Dr. Jose Loor which was in June 2023. I guess they are mistrusting of new patients the first time around or at least the secretary. I fortunately was refunded this fee upon request as the secretary had promised if I kept my appointments and had no late cancelations. Also. This doctor offers passive treatments such as shockwave, heat ultrasound, and andyone red light therapy to help your injury heal faster. Also. I believe this doctor has shutdown for unknown reasons as of May 2024. Th

It seems like Dr. Loor (DeLoor?) is running away from bad reviews in Manhattan and escaping to another borough. I saw him 6 years ago for a minor bone fracture and he immediately recommended surgery and booked a car service to a hospital in NJ against my wishes. Over the next few days I received multiple calls from medical device companies for things related to my surgery “recovery” such as an ankle ice machine when the surgery was for my toe. I cancelled the surgery because this was weird and it felt like my insurance was being shopped around. When I posted about my negative experience on Yelp, he sent me disgusting messages trying to bully me to take it down. He then changed his comment to make it seem like I was trying to take down his business during COVID (I saw him in 2018). AVOID AT

Very good experience! Receptionists are professional and courteous every time I call. As well as the lady in the front desk. I’m on my second laser treatment and can’t wait to see my nail back to normal again. The doctor is amazing and explains everything you need to know and how to prevent fungus which is my case. I’m so happy I found it, affordable, clean, friendly and professional!!! Can’t ask for more!

Doc tested me as caring as his own family, personal care for what I needed to heal my foot infection cellulitis.. I followed up several times anytime I felt like I needed the doctors care and treatment to make sure I was on the path to recovery. Doctor advised his assessments and supported my choices for how to proceed. Friendly, clean, personal. Whenever I book an appointment online I got electronic confirmation and even a personal call to confirm that the times work for me aligned to the in office schedule so I wouldn't be stuck booking during a busier time than I intended... Such good modern doc with old school authenticity, and polite. A family man. I got x-ray on the spot, ultrasound therapy as well..and they coordinated with scripts to get me an MRI. I had an amazing experience at Dr. Loor's new office. Abie at the front desk was incredibly helpful and sweet. Lubaba provided exceptional service during my laser treatment and medical pedicure. I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout. Looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend Dr. Loor's office for top-notch care and wonderful staff.
