I absolutely loved the service here! I had read some reviews before hand and was a little worried about the wait but everything turned out better the expected. The staff treated my son with so much care and kindness I can promise you he was so nervous to come to the doctors and he came out like a Happy man😂! He truly had the best day!! The front desk team was welcoming and patient, and the two nurses Jas and Mariana were outstanding. They were gentle with my son, explained everything clearly, and made us feel completely comfortable the entire time. It honestly felt like they went above and beyond to make our visit smooth and stress free. I highly recommend this place!

Loved the serviced. I read some reviews and was worried about the wait but it turned out to not be as bad I thought. Everyone was loving to my daughter and she had an amazing day. My appoint was at 11am and I left around 11:55am. Front desk as well as 2 nurses (Jas) and (Mariana) were very helpful and nice. Highly recommend those nurses. I will be returning for one of my son’s appointment next week.

Nurse Jasmine and Sharie were so down to earth and genuinely sweet to my babies. Nurse Jasmine was flawless with my son's shot Quick in and out he didn't even notice until after and she still held him apologizing and comforting Him until he stopped (very sweet and important for me)I love the new staff change front office to the back office! Honestly,the last crew made me want to find a new Doc office for my babies but I'm glad I stayed because it's a welcoming feeling now! Hands down Dr.Okafor(my personal favorite gives the realest answers to your questions and loving Motherly touch for my babies),Dr.Bryant-Grant(comforting Mommy feel straight to it),and Dr.Kasi(very comforting and peaceful warm Motherly feeling dealing with Her)are awesome with my kids and wouldn't want to take them anywh

I’ve had an amazing experience with Jonesboro Pediatrics. The staff is friendly, patient, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. The doctors and nurses truly care about the kids and make them feel comfortable at every visit. Highly recommend this office to any parent looking for quality pediatric care! Mariana is great with communicating and helpful with all my concerns!Highly recommend
