I’ve been seeing the doctor for years and he is truly amazing. However, the ladies at the front will taint his whole organization. Tacky to say the least clueless amongst other things. Coaching opportunities is definitely needed for those receptionist because he is way too good of a doctor and person to have them messed up what he has worked so hard for

They were helpful, kind and efficient. From the front desk, support staff, and the eye doctor himself. We had a very good experience for our first trip. Thank you guys for being awesome! 😊

Original appointment was smooth. Dr Julie Jones seemed nice and kind. I got fitted for contacts and was told to try them out, see how I liked them. I WAS TOLD A FOLLOW UP FITTING WOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE. So when my contact caused my eye to suction close Sunday I called first thing Monday morning to try a different brand. I was met with a it'll be $40 for a refitting... no thank you. SO BEWARE IF YOURE BEING FITTED FOR CONTACTS. THIS EYE DR DOES NOT KEEP HER WORD.

Amazing place everyone was so kind and wonderful . I went in on November 2nd 2023 @ 9:00 I left around 10:30 . Doctor did an amazing job she explained everything to me . She suggested I get a set of contacts for a trail run and it was the best investment in myself I could have done . SUPER great job I’ll tell all my buddies about the spot thanks Jones eye care

I don’t typically write reviews, but this office has declined in service. I had an appt today and the office was ridiculously packed. I had to wait almost an hour to be called back. The receptionist area smelled horrible and no one ever bothered to greet the patients or apologize for the delays. Whoever is in charge of booking needs to be trained. I hate to leave one star, because the doctors are all amazing.
