Shame on you! My 91 year old mother came to you for help. At first you didn’t think her insurance would pay so you did come out and tell her that she has a virus that is going around and you couldn’t do anything to help her anyway. Your sweet receptionist worked until she got the insurance to pay for it. There were no other patients there. My mother had been there a long time getting this done. She needed cough medicine and wanted to know if she was still contagious.She has coughed until her ribs hurt. The infection is in her chest. She was put back into a room where she waited again. This time for over 30 minutes. Finally she felt so bad she just went home untreated. Still not another patient in sight. Her doctor just moved so she didn’t have another dr to go to. Again, shame on you.
