Brookshire's Pharmacy

Super rude staff. My son had a Teladoc appointment and had a prescription sent in they said they never got it and said they would call them and call me back to let me know if they were able to fix it. they never called me and my son needs his medicine they said they were swamped and that they guess the medicine got lost in the portal? So I guess I’m supposed to fend for myself they are supposed to be professional they are not professional and they do not care about their customers the entire store is a joke. I guess I will go back to cvs where the service isn’t much better.

The pharmacy needs a two week lesson on customer service. When THEY make a mistake, don’t take it out in the customer! They’re SO RUDE whether it’s on the phone or in person. Apparently they’ve hired warm bodies with no training in customer service and IT SHOWS. Canton Walmart Pharmacy is 100% better and I will NEVER use this Brookshires Pharmacy again.

I am beyond LIVID at the way I was treated when they were clearly made mistake. They are rude and apparantly don't know how to do their job. I could not get a word in edgewise, and yes I did eventually get angry. This is the 3rd time I have called and told them they didn't need to fill a prescription or to discontinue a auto refill prescription and they have done it anyway. I alerted them on Friday 4/2 that my granddaughter (whom we are raising) would no longer be taking a medication so they no longer needed to fill it as I had a notice she had another prescription ready. The lady thanked me and said it was on order anyway. The pharmacy staff are always pleasant and very professional. And I might have waited 30 minutes to get a prescription filled but I think that's very fast... Apparently the other reviewer has never picked up a prescription at Walmart it's always over 45 min to an hour.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever delt with. I have been out of medication for two weeks. The phone system is terrible. I give the prescription number and it can't find it. I am switching to CVS.
