Jonathan Wiggenhorn

Great provider, my son has been seeing him for almost 2 years now, we found out he had autism about a year ago and he adores Dr. Wiggenhorn. He had tubes done June 2023 and no longer gets sick monthly. Our son just had his tonsils and adenoids removed and he felt extremely comfortable with the team! He had a fast recovery and adores everyone.

Dr. Wiggenhorn is a very knowledgeable doctor but every time I go in to see him I feel like we have interrupted his schedule and will not give me the necessary information to care for my son. I have an Autistic son who already has his issues and he will have an attitude but I don’t think that should change the way you treat a patient. The best way to say this is Dr. Wiggenhorn is lacking his bedside manner. I am hoping this will change in my future appointments. I will continue to see him and hope things change as the front desk staff are always welcoming and are always a pleasure to talk to.

I have seen Dr. Wiggenhorn several times and have been satisfied. However, in the past 3 months I have been trying to get medication that I desperately need. The staff refuses to answer any of my phone calls or call me back unless I call and rent and rave and threaten to call an attorney. I should not have to resort to having to do something like this. I guess the doctor is only is good as the staff that they have. Which I have to say is pretty bad. After more than 3 months I am still waiting to get my medication. In the meantime, I keep getting chronic sinus infections because I am not able to get my medication. I would recommend going to another office where the staff will actually respond to your phone calls and help you.

Exceptional care! The staff and provider made feel comfortable and well-cared for , I came in to see Dr, Wiggenhorn for my Bell’s palsy and took care of me right away, He is incredibly knowledgeable, the entire team is friendly and efficiency, definitely recommend Dr. Wiggenhorn he took the time listen to my concerns and before I left the office my prescription was at my pharmacy.

Had an appointment with Dr. Wiggenhorn back in June 2024. He was dismissive of all my concerns, he was short and abrupt. A very negative experience. I got a second valuable opinion from a different ENT in my area that was way more valuable than Estrella ENT. I don't recommend this place.
