Doctor Gross is an exceptional, thoughtful caring doctor.i love how he listens to your concerns and helps you to determine the best decisions for your treatment. There are several family members and friends that have had hip and knee replacements with outstanding success. Their worries diminished and the pain is minimal and sometimes non existent. We are thankful for that! Doctor Gross is highly recommended

I got to this office an hour and 15 minutes before my appointment time due to being a new patient. I filled out the stack of repetitive paperwork that asked the same information three times. I was then informed that they didn’t have the correct referral sent from my doctor. So I called my doctor and had it sent over. My appointment was at 2 o’clock. I was getting x-rays by 2:20. And wasn’t called to the back until 435. 10 minutes later, the doctor came in. It was determined that I was going to get a Cortisone shot. He left out the room and told the nurse so that she could get it prepared and he proceeded to go into another room to give another patient a shot. When he came out of that room, he went into another room. He’s laughing and joking and playing around, Which is fine, but apparently

Experience was overwhelmingly very easy and trustworthy and caring for the individual. I felt like I wasn't getting the bums rush and I was introduced to a qualified doctor. This is the first time I've used this facility in would recommend it to anyone looking for that type of assistance.

Dr. Gross was great with my 89 yr old mom. We were very happy with this doctor. He's friendly and explained everything clearly.
