Good experience overall- nice front desk staff and was able to book two appts quickly and get a contact and glasses prescription easily. Waited a little bit before doctor could see me but nothing crazy. Will definitely come back! Also Bilbo the office pup is adorable.

We were taken care of by Dr Lien and she is just awesome. Very down to earth and knows her stuff. The office is very well kept and clean. Staff is very friendly. Definitely a great optometrist to get your eye exam done.

Quick easy process! Made appointment online and was able to get in within. 45mins. The receptionist was very polite and the eye doctor was wonderful! In and out for eye exam took 30mins. Quick and easy! Thank you!

Front desk staff is super awesome . I feel sorry for them that the management of this place is poor. Booked an appointment days ago , took time off work , showed up 10 minutes earlier, filled out the forms and medical history. Waited 30 minutes. Went 20 minutes above my appointment, still waiting. Was told doctor has two patients before they could attend to me: that could be another 45 minutes. Why let people book appointments if you can’t commit. Time is money! The front desk staff had to do extra leg work to refund the money and will be putting hours deleting the medical history manually . Not recommended! The owner should look into this.

Very disappointed the place smelled like animal & to encounter dogs there as well. Not everyone is per friendly & this should be included on website/advertisement. That’s not sanitary at all
