I delivered my daughter Serenity on 12/30/25 and I just want to state that the nurses (all of them) were phenomenal. They took magnificent care of both Serenity and I and went above and beyond! The Doctor and Resident there that evening whom delivered the baby was amazing, explained everything, and made sure baby arrived safely and that I was 100% taken care of! Especially with my condition they double checked everything! Thank you so so much for such an amazing experience! That’s while I will always choose JMH Labor and Delivery and OB/GYN for all my feminine and pregnancy health.

Very easy to find the office where I was to see this doctor for the first time, Dr Miller. He made me feel comfortable and that he was interested in my experiences and why I had changed docs. I explained we, my husband and I had retired and in doing so we moved to VA to be near to our second son and his wife. We discovered just how easy it was to find all of the docs that we needed to meet all the issues we were experiencing. Ballard Health reached out to us and offered a group of docs they thought may work for us. And thankfully it worked out well we feel as comfortable with most of our docs that we were feeling for our former physicians in Pa.

My husband stayed here for an infection on his leg — he only had positive things to say about the staff and nurses, who were all genuine, supportive, kind, and very attentive. He got so much attention and care from Jacklyn, Jules, Savannah, Karen, and Karina. Forgive me for my spelling. He was adamant about me leaving a review to sing their praises. My husband usually hates going to the doctor or hospital, and avoids it whenever he can, but this stay made him optimistic about potentially returning to ensure that the infection is still under control. I had to rush wife was rushed to the ER after a work accident, in the ER it was rough. She was left alone for at least 30 minutes while screaming in pain. I even had to leave the room to find someone because she was on the verge of passing out. First time I left and couldnt find a soul, second time I ran around and finally found someone I believe was just security. This obviously left me disheartened however soon after a nurse came in to help her. We quickly found out she needed life saving surgery. During this time the nurse explained the hold up and while I was angry, it made sense. I appreciate her taking the time to explain why I couldnt find anyone. First, a big shout out to one of the best nurses there Becky lackey!!! Becky is hope u read this and feel very proud, what ever they pay you it's not enough, give this women a raise! Her hospitality and the way she cares about her patients would brighten any dark room out there, I told u id leave u this review I hope u see it, u deseve it, my husband just had his appendix taken out there and they did a wonderful with surgery, was done in less than an hour on last minute notice, everyone here was very kind and polite and explain everything to the fullest, they were also very patient and I believe they were understaffed and still made everything work like a charm, truly a wonderful experience considering the circumstances at hand, I would trust your love ones at this hospital, the surgeons a
