⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience! The Ms. Johnson was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The office staff was welcoming too. Definitely recommend if you need a hearing test or help with hearing concerns.

Beware! This business does not honor their advertised bogo offers that they extended through Facebook during the Christmas Holidays. They get you in for a free hearing exam and then jack up their prices for the hearing aids. They also try to get you to apply for credit to pay for what your insurance will not cover. Very bad business practices to say the least. Sure many older folks do not get a second opinion nor even see an actual audiologist. Johnson’s are hearing aid fitters, not doctors.

Excellent Service I have unique situation with an ear canal that is collapsed partially and complicated allergies. Holly went over and above to find the perfect fix and listen throughly to what issues I was having! I am so thankful for her patience and going over and above to give excellent service! The office is very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend
