They have some of the worst doctors there. I was severely sick, losing hope, and experiencing strong delusions. But the doctor I saw didn’t properly examine me and simply sent me to the ward without any real assessment. I felt completely dismissed, unsafe, and traumatized. It’s frightening to think how serious my condition was and that it was ignored. I hope the hospital takes steps to ensure that patients in critical condition receive the care and attention they urgently need.

Director is awful in the ER and the care is just as bad. A warm blanket offered was the best of the entire visit. Wish I could put 0 star review. Just drive further and go to Conway.

The male night shift staff seem to have zero care when it comes to women's health. The female nurse practitioner I saw was very kind and understanding.

This place should be shut down. Very unprofessional and rude none-caring people. I went in for extreme eye pain on a Sunday. My lense had dislocated and was stabbing me in the eye. I needed help was in so much pain and of course all the eye clinics are closed on Sundays. I was throwing up from so much pain I was going through. I went in they stuck me in a room for 5 hours in straight pain. No one came to check in on me while I was screaming in agony. Finally a lady showed up and she told me I needed to see a real dr there is nothing they can do for me. Sent me home with eye lub. My husband noticed in the trash can in the room they had disposed blood in a regular trash can.. it wasn't even in a biohazard bag or thrown in the main disposable area. They just tossed blood vials in a

I was told by multiple people to use Clarksville instead of St. Mary's. We took my 14 month old to the Johnson county ER for unknown pain, fever, and GI issues. We were there for a total of 5 hours. The first doctor said he had an ear infection. I am very aware of the signs of ear infections and he showed no signs. Once I said that I didn't believe that was it, he did an X-ray and blood draw. Xray came back normal, as did the blood draw. The next doctor said he didn't see any signs of an ear infection, but that could have been because of ear wax build up. Instead of removing the wax, he shoved the otoscope into my baby's ear canal and caused an abrasion on the canal. We were told at that point that they didn't know why he was in pain. After 5 hours of no answers and my baby still randomly
