This pharmacy provided inconsistent information, delayed access to an essential medication, and spoke to me in a way that was dismissive and inappropriate given the circumstances. I was initially quoted $93 for my prescription. The following day, I was told the cost was $220. When I calmly explained that my insurance indicated it could be related to a deductible and that I was actively trying to resolve the issue, I was told to “figure it out myself.” I spoke with two different employees, explained the situation both times, and experienced the same unhelpful and rude tone in each interaction. I've never had such good service at a pharmacy. And the selection of things to buy is nice! I could probably spend hours here if I needed to, but the staff is so efficient they solve my problems right away.

They don't appreciate the customer at all.

These women at this pharmacy have absolutely no customer service .Was not greeted and looked down on, not sure why .. Maybe because i am hispanic. Not very knowledgeable when it comes to looking up insurance coverage. provided my policy number and SS # and when I asked for the paper where I wrote my SS number they refused to give it back. I have an extreme ear ache and was not able to get my prescription. This was my first visit highly disappointed no professionalism and they lack empathy . I assure you I will not be returning .
