I want to express my gratitude to the entire team at Johnson Family Dental for their excellent care. Dr. Stephanie Yong was incredibly professional, gentle, and attentive throughout my treatment. Her kindness made me feel calm and comfortable at all times. I also want to recognize Cleo, the assistant, for being so thoughtful and friendly. She explained every step clearly and made the experience much easier. From the front desk, Melanie M. welcomed me with warmth and professionalism, which made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. You can truly feel when a team works with compassion and dedication. Thank you all for providing such a caring and outstanding dental experience!

Excellent experience. My hygienist and dentist were friendly, fun, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. They answered my questions without rushing and made the whole visit feel easy. I even learned about enamel-supporting ingredients like nano-hydroxyapatite and xylitol. Highly recommend.

Avoid this place at all costs. I took time off work for a 1:00 PM appointment and arrived at 1:07 PM. I stood there and watched the front desk lady, Nina, juggle a guy in front of me who didn’t even have an appointment scheduled. After some back-and-forth, they magically "found" a spot for him, which turned out to be MY spot. When it was finally my turn, a guy named Carlos Mecis came out. Instead of checking me in, he rudely told me I was late and had to reschedule. I told him I’d been standing there for 10 minutes watching them give my slot to someone else, but he just kept robotically repeating that I had to reschedule. When I asked for the manager, he claimed HE was the manager. I left furious, but went back in to get his name. Nina confirmed his name but told me he isn't even the manag
