I had an appointment scheduled with Farah Abifaraj's office after waiting five months only to have the scheduling coordinator change the appointment time without asking me or even giving any kind of notice. I only found out the day before from a reminder message with the new time, which I never agreed to. When I called to address the issue, I was met with zero willingness to help or take responsibility. Instead of correcting their mistake, I was told the next available appointment was three months away.
