Johns Hopkins Neurology

Had an okay experience seeing the Doctor, though they didn't communicate very well. This became a problem a few weeks ago when I had to change insurance after a move. Every work day for the past 3 weeks I have called and left messages, assured by their voice mail that the office manager would get back to me within 24 hours. But they only call back maybe 1 out of 5 times. The problem is I have been trying to renew a prescription and I ran out more than a week ago, and they simply cannot get their facts straight with the prescription company. Horrible experience.

I am eternally grateful for the compassionate care and expertise of the Johns Hopkins neurology team, who helped supervise my recovery from one of my lowest moments. Dr Rayhan is outstanding in his field, to say the least! He has been thorough and patient in answering my many questions, as well as quickly responsive to messages. I was also impressed by the kindness, competency, and professionalism of the receptionist and medical assistant who were assisting Dr. Rayhan on March 19. You can really tell that this is a team that takes pride in what they do! Additionally, I had a great experience with Dr Motabar and the resident who treated me in the Suburban Hospital ER… I wish I remembered the resident’s name because I was so impressed by his compassion and distinctive concern for patient
