My baby girl had brain surgery. The nurses and doctors took great care of her. She is doing well. The music therapist came into her room and played music on the keyboard and guitar 😊

It is the worst hospital, the person in charge of answering calls in the pediatric neurology area of ​​option 4, said she would call back, I have been waiting for an appointment for a month and yet she never returns the call, she hangs up on you and you can never get an appointment with her neurologist, option 4 pediatric neurology is the worst service, if they do not have the responsibility to work with pleasure, then go home and give someone else a chance, do not go to this hospital because they are too bad at service

I went to this stupid pediatric for my son tonsil. Dr said I need to get tonsilite to my son and need sleep study. They did not send order paper work to respective sleep study center since two weeks though did many calls and tough to handle. Visited another dr in fairfax who had very good review and got appointment and sleep study schedule. I wasted and waited for Baltimore jonh hopikens for 1 month to doc appointment after that no response. Don't wast your time. They say it's great hospital and act busy but useless. Find some single practiciners who has good review and move on don't wast your valuable time.

Brought son here with bad asthma and cough. 4th time I’ve taken him to the hospital in 8 weeks. They said to come on a weekday to see the pulmonologist. Because they won’t get me in to see a pulmonologist for an appointment for 8 weeks. And now we weren’t seen after 7 hours and the pulmonologist went home.
