STAY AWAY!!! I saw the Physician Assistant and she was quite rude and also laughed at me during my visit... I do not know why she laughed. I had a skin biopsy done and I still have not gotten the results. I went back to have the stitches removed... which were very long and irritating to deal with, a whole was left in my leg. I asked about the test results and was told I needed to reach out to the PA.

Wish I could give zero stars - highly highly disappointed. I was there in the room for 10mins or so and received a bill for $400! Will not be returning, thats absurd.

Impossible to reach scheduling by phone. They have an automated menu and “virtual assistant” who keeps dropping calls after lengthy prompts have been completed. Truly an exercise in frustration.

If I could leave this as a ZERO star review, I would but 1 star is the lowest rating Google will allow. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any Doctors office is what I am currently experiencing with Johns Hopkins Dermatology department. They set up their phone system so that you cannot speak to anyone about anything. They have not responded to multiple requests from my prescription plan for information, causing me to be unable to receive my medication. They have not returned calls from the 3 voice mail messages I have left them over the last week. My suggestion...AVOID Hopkins Dermatology!! As soon as I get this straightened out I will choose a new doctor. Unfortunately, I need this medicine, so I can't leave until I get this worked out.

I scheduled an appt as a new patient to see Dr Aguh back in June/July. Without reason, i received a call and a vm was left that my Sept 3 appt was cancelled without reason. I called back numerous times and was told that they would look for a rainy day date or call me back to reschedule. Never did! Here it is Sept 3 and I’m still trying to get someone on the phone to reschedule an appt. I heard so many good things about the dermatologist but the people that represent the practice in the office are trash! I’ll look for another office because this is unheard of.
