Johns Hopkins Burn Center

This experience was miserable. The ER had no idea that the burn clinic was out for the holidays. After being on the phone for days trying to get a follow up appointment I ultimately had to drive an hour back down to the hospital to schedule an appointment. The day of my appointment the provider, Cathy Baldino, called at the exact minute of my appointment time demanding I get there within 5 minutes or she would cancel my appointment. I explained to her that I was almost there and she was less than kind about it. Come to find out they have a 15min grace period (I was within that period upon arrival). I reported my experience to Patient Relations and oddly enough they marked my chat as a missed appointment- not a cancelled appointment after filing my report. I was also contact the next day af

My saw Dr. Mark Fisher today for facial burns sustained from a steam pipe leak. We had high expectations just based off the reviews we had read ahead of time and he did not disappoint! Came in, very kind, extremely professional, provided us with a lot of detailed information that we weren’t aware of for burn patients. As a healthcare worker of 22 years, he exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend. Also, Pattie (either Np or Pa) is also amazing! My husband and I both found her to be very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you both!!

Let me say that we started out Rocky when I first got flown into this hospital from the eastern shore. I had a really bad nurse name, Merry but besides that I had an amazing wound tech named Rea rea. And because of this woman, I stayed at this hospital and I’m so glad that I did. This hospital is amazing. The burn unit is amazing. Within 10 days, I was out of bandages and healing .. I had 37% of my body burnt with third-degree burn. The woman on this unit are amazing maybe not all of them but most of them And if you guys get a chance to meet Miss missRea . Please give her a big hug for me because if it wasn’t for this lady, I would’ve not sat still she has so much compassion for her patience. And I feel truly blessed to be under her care as well as the nurses and staff on the burn unit

This has been the worse experience ever!! There was an ice storm the day before. I got here at 10:42 because of traffic. The receptionist didn't want to check me in so she pointed me to the 1 kiosk (that was currently in use). After waiting (and waiting and waiting) I asked the man at the reception desk if I could check in and he looked me up. By this time I am extra late. The doctor states she isn't taking late appointments and they started rescheduling. Eventually, another employee went back and argued for them to see me. Apparently the doctor was running behind and not seeing me would have helped her get caught up. The staff was helpful but less then professional.

I was severely burned I was there for months those nurses of the Marines of nurses Miss teen always get my room clean special thanks to Natalie Rob Craig Shaheen Jo Rihanna Josh Emily father Godwin Kelly Jamie it was really tough I want to survived without thanks to the fire department and rescue team into my family friends in my Lord
