I had a wonderful experience at Johns Creek Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, Katiana at the front desk made everything smooth and stress-free. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with check-in and paperwork, her customer service is truly excellent. The optometrist was just as amazing. They took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the exam. It’s not often you find an office where both the front desk and clinical care are equally exceptional, but this place has it! Highly recommend Johns Creek Eye Care if you’re looking for great service and knowledgeable, caring staff. I’ll definitely be returning!

Sydney was wonderful - she was so kind and made the eye exam easy and comfortable. Itzel was amazing at helping me pick out frames - she really listened to what I liked and found styles that fit me perfectly. Everyone was kind, professional, and made the whole visit enjoyable.
