Johns Creek Dental Excellence

Office staff was not clear on if my type of insurance (BCBS) is in or out of network, they just stated that they accept all insurance which is very misleading. Because of this I have had to make multiple calls to my insurance company and now have an outstanding balance of over $400 for a basic cleaning. I have never been so inconvenienced by a dental practice. Because of this I canceled my upcoming appointment and will advise my family members that I recommend to this practice to find another dental office. If you are not in their network, find another practice because the billing department has dropped the ball multiple times over the past 6 months in getting my claim resolved and this is very frustrating and disappointing.

Dr Aronica was amazing. I had to have an extraction and an abscess treated, and I was terrified. She gave me the best dental experience I have ever had. My discomfort was almost nonexistent and I am very impressed on how painless she made this visit for me. I am very grateful to her and her assistant, Marianna. The office staff was very kind, especially when I called in and was having so much pain. I cannot thank everyone enough. I hope they read this review. Y’all are the best 🫶

I always have a great experience with Eloisa and the office environment is great. She is a true professional who is passionate about patient education. She took the time to give me personalized tips on brushing and flossing that have made a real difference in my home care routine. The cleaning was the best I've ever had, and her friendly demeanor makes every appointment enjoyable.

I avoided the dentist for many years due to crippling anxiety about my teeth but I made a commitment to myself that before I turned 41 I was going to get a cleaning. It had been 5 years 🫣 Well, enter the most gentle, calm, kind, and caring dental professionals at Johns Creek Dental Excellence! I told them when I made my appointment that I was nervous and they were so amazing. I’ve been their patient now for 2 years and I even recently transferred my 6 year old to the practice too! She was the most calm and relaxed I’ve ever seen her at any Dr appointment! She told me “their energy helped me stay calm in my body” and I wanted to cry! We love Dr Holmes and our hygienist’s too!

I had a great experience at Johns Creek Dental Excellent. The employees were so friendly, and they gave me a tour of their beautiful facility. My hygienist was also very thorough. She listened to my concerns and gave me some great options. I will be returning!
