Scheduled an appointment for my kiddo online. Got a confirmation via the website, one via email, and a third via text message. Showed up for the appointment and was informed that the appointment was cancelled because they thought my child was 4 (8 years old). They said the DOB was put in incorrectly and so they cancelled the appointment. Strangely enough their system did not inform me even if my child was 4 that the optician would not service them. Unprofessional and rude.

This eye doctor is not a bad place to go, I get check out before my glasses fit. I was given time for me to see if I was developing illnesses in my eyes. I was able to choose the classes frame I needed and it didn't cost that much. Many persons like my glasses. The workers there work together. They send out reminders and so on. Nice place. COVID 19 protocol are there.

Made an appointment sept 18 and when i call they tell me i dont have anything scheduled but have all the new insurance information I gave her over the phone . Then they want to reschedule me for two weeks away. So unprofessional. Then says maybe i didnt call . Um i have a phone record and you have all new insurance info . I used different insurance last year .

Another great experience!! I have been visiting this location for years, great and helpful staff and John Wyawotzki is a great and knowledgeable eye doctor, friendly, patient and my eye prescription is always spot on. Thanks, Vincent
