I didn’t even get the opportunity to actually make an appointment because the receptionist was so rude. She has a thick Jamaican accent, and I politely asked her because I could not understand her to explain what she wanted. once I figured out that she was from a doctors office and apologized because I couldn’t understand her. I explained that it might be easier to speak to someone else. She hung up on me and then I tried to call back at a later date hoping that I did not get her again. Well, I did get her again this morning and she was completely rude once again. It is not my fault that I did not understand her accent, and you guys should probably schedule a staff that is a little bit more polite. I would never recommend any doctor referring this company being that the receptionist is so
