I premise this review with having a dog who requires full sedation when he comes in for any vet visit. - do they tend to my dog's immediate needs? yes 9/10 - do they seem to engage me in his long term health and longevity? 3/10 My feelings coming in is that they do their basic job as vets, but not with a ton of empathy, nor animal first care. A couple times I've come in with specific issues to be addressed and I receive curt information, and often a very overpriced prescription that 1/ could have been discussed in advance to offer savings if I had filled at a pharmacy or Chewy vs their onsite and 2/ no consultation on the best medication to treat. Specific example was they sent me home with Baytril for my dog for an infection- $100 for a 15 day treatment. My dog was resistant to the fla

I love all the vets at JRAH! They’ve been very helpful with my dog and always make us feel right at home. So thankful that my friend Katie whom works there as well, introduced me to this wonderful hospital.

Highly recommend- JRAH is always so helpful and easy to deal with. They are so gentle and caring with my girls and try their best to make them feel comfortable every visit. They will be our vet/ grooming location for life.

our cat was sick. he has a uti and some other issues. they were extremely friendly and helpful. they made such a scary experience a lot better. our cat has made a full recovery and is a ting normal again.
