Dr Pace and his entire medical staff (Bill, Kori, Leah, & Sarah) are top-notch providers. They are all very knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. Michelle runs a smooth and professional office and is outstanding in her customer service. Dr Pace has great experience and skills in all areas of Neurosurgery but always prioritizes the patients personal needs over what the medical imaging might suggest is needed. Otherwise he treats the patient and not the “tests”. My wife and I have had very pleasant and satisfactory care from Pace Neurosurgery in Hot Springs over the last 14 years.

Got injections first appointment, was running late because there was a car crash on interstate I30 arrived and hour latevand was still able to be seen .Friendly staff Except for michelle ,clean and quiet environment .

Had neck surgery with Dr John Pace. It failed and now I don’t need just one disc redone, but it has caused me C 3-7 to fail. When I was wheeled out of surgery and placed into my hospital room, I wasn’t give pain meds, nothing to drink or eat, nothing for 14 hours. Not a good experience. With him or the hospital staff.

I never met Dr. Pace until he walked into my room in the ER at National Park Medical Center. He was friendly, VERY informative, and had a great bedside manner. He admitted me to the hospital because there were questions as to whether or not I could enter an MRI due to a previous procedure, He called not only the previous Dr. but also the company who had made the item that had been implanted into my stomach. (If felt like that was beyond the norm....but felt very secure in knowing that he was taking no chances). Turns out I had a tumor on my brain, and after more tests, he said it would need to come out even though we knew it was not malignant. It was causing complications, that could get worse if not removed. (You know, seizures, stroke, etc.....the stuff everybody wants!) He had
