I mean WHAT A GUY! I swear they don’t make them like Dr. Marino anymore. I have been going to him for years, and he never lets anything slip through the cracks. He has taken every concern i’ve ever had seriously, and really makes you feel heard. He is so caring and patient, very knowledgeable as well. Would highly recommend !

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of care and service provided by this medical office regarding my mother’s healthcare. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups, important aspects of her care were neglected. Specifically, the results of her lung perfusion scan were overlooked, my repeated requests to reschedule her appointment were ignored, and the Cologuard test—which I had requested multiple times—was never ordered. In addition, the office consistently failed to send medication refills to the pharmacy in a timely manner, creating unnecessary delays in her treatment. I’m going to pre-phase this review by saying that Dr. Marino is absolutely amazing professional! I have been going to his practice for a long time. Some of the receptionists, however, can be extremely rude. I spoke with a female representative earlier today (called at 12:02 PM on December 5th). The lady failed to introduce herself, didn’t greet me, sounded irritated by my call and abruptly ended the call without saying goodbye, so I was under an impression that we got disconnected. I had to call back to confirm that she received all necessary information for an appointment. Please kindly look into this situation! This is a great office and its image doesn’t have to be smeared by behavior of employees who don’t wish to be there.

Dr. Marino and his Nurse are caring and run all the proper exams for your health. I recommend a visit. On the other hand, his front office staff are lazy and disrespectful to the patients. Horrible follow-up skills and very forgetful. Never helpful when needing additional information such as future appts, referrals or laboratories. "One of the front office staff said, you can look it up on the internet to find out where the office is." Really? Why in the world do you have staff that can't even help with a simple task??. I didn't have immediate access and he still didn't bother helping. Staff should have basic information ready for all patients. 0 care for the patient. Not reliable!

Dr Marino is a fantastic doctor. I would say a life saver. My Dad and Mom have been patients of his for close to 15yrs. I've been a patient of his for almost 10yrs now. He's on point with his diagnosis. He acts quickly. I can't say what would of become of me if I didn't switch to Dr Marino. His staff very professional and welcoming when you enter his office. I'm Pro Marino.
