Worst dentist experience I have ever, EVER had. I have had pain and sensitivity in my tooth and gum for over a year. He has done X-Rays every single time I have seen him (several times in the past year). I saw a different dentist, a reputable one who was much kinder than Dr. Schulte, and she showed me an X-Ray that showed my second to last molar on the upper left is completely hollow, decayed to nothing. He also declined to mention that my wisdom teeth are coming in. Dr. Schulte never told me that, never even raised a concern. In the past, when I had an abscessed tooth, he refused to put a referral in for an extraction even though I was sobbing from pain, and did not refer me until I came back in with a family member and asked several times more. Please do not bring your kids here unless you want their tooth to rot. The people here are very rude especially the receptionist. But the reason why I will never bring my kid here again is that we have waited for a year and 4 months now just to get her cavity fixed. She was seen in April of last year and I now just got a call. Absolutely ridiculous! I rather drive over 100 miles to get her tooth fixed than sit here and wait for whenever they decide they have time. I have never seen a kid have to wait for that long. I took my kid to a different dentist after waiting for so long. They got her tooth fixed within 2 months. Obviously they have too many patients. I could’ve have not chosen a better dentist offfice for me and my family. Dr. Schulte is a great Dentistry that provides the best care you need when it comes to your dental hygiene.

Every tooth I've had filled here I've lost. By time the filling came out my tooth was so far gone it either needed a root canal or pulled. Also would not recommend taking your child here. My son is deathly afraid of the dentist and they did nothing to try and comfort him and ended in Dr. Schulte himself screaming at my kids and that we needed to reschedule and when my son had 2 cavities they put him under and put caps on his teeth 2 weeks later one of the teeth that had the cap became abscess and needed to be completely pulled. Now I'm paying thousands of dollars at another dentist to get all the teeth fixed that were filled at this office. Not to mention my ex husband also went here and they told him he needed a filling and did a root canal without telling him what they were doing. They s

This office made a mistake and gave my husband my dental appointment for a well check. Obviously, it is a human error and due to records and phone numbers not accurately documented. You would think this office would call ME and apologize and then be happy to set an appointment up for me. The answer is NO. I did not receive one call from them. They never answer the phone, they rarely respond to their voice mails and they always sound so rude. Finally, did get an appointment after I CALLED many times. Driving to my dentist appointment my voice mail went off saying they had to cancel my appointment. They didn’t offer to reschedule nor did they ever answer the phone or return my voice mails that day. The call was made from some lady’s private call number. I do not have the energy to force
