I have been going to this practice for over 10 years. In that ten year time frame, the practice has went through many changes. The one thing that was a constant though, was the care I received. I have always been treated with the utmost of respect and have always walked out of there knowing I received the best care possible. I always recommend this practice and my favorite practitioner...Jane Rice. I always have and always will continue to recommend this practice for everyone, young and old.

I really love this place! Dr have always been very thorough and had nothing but great experiences. I went in for a chest cold I was told to go to the ER to get chest x-rays to find out I had pneumonia on my way home I got a call from urgent care saying that my prescription has been filled and to go pick it up all this was done within an hour and 15 minutes. I see that some people have negative reports but what they wrote seems like they should've gone to the ER instead of urgent care knowing the difference between urgent care and ER can make a change in a parent decision for best treatment.

**DANGER** Do not take your children to this practice. My daughter was very ill for about two months without an answer from two doctors and a nurse practitioner (with weekly visits). My daughter suffered and was misdiagnosed, pumped with harmful and needless prescriptions for no reason. I took her to another doctor and she was properly tested and treated. When I went to obtain the medical records they refused to provide them to me in time for her appointment which prevented her getting the best medical care possible. They were rude, insulting, and combative. Words to describe: AWFUL, SCARY, CONFUSING, STRESSFUL. The perfect combination for malpractice lawsuits.

Don't go here, unless you want to be treated with condescension, like some witless peon. I felt as though I was treated like a dog at a veterinarian, rather than a person. The only one who is worth seeing is Dr. Braun. He is gracious and treats you like a human being.

this place sucks really bad i have had a release of records form over there for almost 2 months and it finally gets processed its bullshit
