My husband had to have extensive oral surgery that was a very emotional process for both of us. Dr. Hillgen and his team were extremely sensitive and caring while maintaining high standards of professionalism from start to finish. They were very accommodating throughout the entire process. Dr. Hillgen performed the surgery efficiently and kept us informed along the way. My husband, naturally, was nervous about infection but he healed beautifully and quicker than expected due to Dr’s meticulous work. We cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Hillgen’s practice.

I highly recommend this dental practice. From the first phone call with Rebecca in the front office, to the billing person, to my tooth extraction by Dr. Hillgen, everyone was kind, patient & professional. I was a nervous wreck to have my tooth pulled, since it had been decades since the last one (when I was a kid). Dr. Hillgen was so kind & patient, answering every question I had about the extraction. He also has a nice sense of humor. Within 5-7 minutes the tooth was out & other than the prick of the novocaine needle, I didn’t feel a thing. Jessica, his assistant was calming as well & did a great job of explaining the post extraction instructions. If I need further care for extractions, this is the place I will go & will encourage friends/family to do the same.

Dr. Hillgen and his staff are wizards! They took out every last one of their tools in attempt to extract my soldered implant (now, officially, an albatross), and hours later they were still at it. I’ve truly never seen this level of professionalism and ingenuity and stick-to-itiveness in my life — and I’ve had a lot of work done on my teeth, not mention all the other things that have gotten stuck in my life. I will go so far as to say that my time with Dr. Hillgen and his team was the most enjoyable time I’ve ever had in a drawing chair. Thanks to you all for your world-class efforts!

Staff and doc were very professional and courteous when i needed a tooth extracted emergently. I was seen immediately and procedure was done expertly and quickly. Pain relieved. I highly recommend this practice.
